SPOKANE, Wash.-- Medics took a man to the hospital for stab wounds to his neck Sunday.
The incident happened near Freya and 11th just before noon.
Police caught the suspect near 3rd and Freya. Two witnesses were able to positively identify him and authorities took the man into custody.
The suspect is charged with first-degree assault.
The victim is expected to survive. He is cooperating with police.
The relationship between the victim and suspect is unknown.
