SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- Street crews in Spokane Valley applied deicer on primary and secondary arterials and to hillsides late Tuesday.
With light snow predicted all week, crews were expected to continue monitoring conditions and applying deicer as needed. The street department worked with Spokane Valley police to address problem areas.
