SPOKANE – If you use Ray Street to get up or down Spokane’s South Hill, get ready to change your routine the next two weeks.

Ray Street will be blocked at 23rd while crews replace the Lincoln Heights Booster Station. It’s the facility that provides water to residents and businesses on the upper South Hill. Crews will need to access water mains under Ray Street to complete the project.

Traffic will be rerouted to Freya during the two-week closure.
