SPOKANE—The suspect police said is responsible for shooting two Spokane Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday is no stranger to the law.
Charles R. Wallace, 41, had an extensive rap sheet that spanned 22 years. In an official release from the Department of Corrections, it showed Wallace was convicted of 15 felonies.
