SPOKANE, Wash.—Spokane police were looking for a man in a child luring incident Monday.

Police said they received a report of a suspicious person near N. Colton Street and E. Cozza Drive. The caller said a man, driving a late 80’s or early 90’s baby blue suburban, was following a six-year-old child in the area, according to police.

The report indicated the child ran away from the car and was safely reunited with a guardian, according to police. Police said the man driving the suburban drove away from the scene.

Police describe the man as a white male, approximately 25-35 years old with a medium build, dark brown or black hair and a short trimmed beard and mustache.
