SPOKANE, Wash.--The Spokane business owner accused of helping support an Oxycontin drug ring reached a deal with prosecutors on Wednesday.
Sally Guthrie is the owner of Flamin' Joe's restaurants in the Spokane area.
Guthrie agreed to defer prosecution for three years in federal court. Her charges will be dropped if she pays a $6,000 and does not get into trouble for three years.

A series of Drug Enforcement Administration raids in 2013 netted dozens of suspects in the case across Washington State and California.
