LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- A flight headed to Spokane from Las Vegas had to turn around when crews discovered the jetliner had a blown tire.
Southwest flight 899 was leaving the Las Vegas airport headed to Spokane around 7:00 Monday night.
People on the flight said when the tire blew it reportedly took out some hydraulic lines and controls.

"It was just like driving on a blown tire and you could hear it smacking the runway and smacking the landing gear," one passenger told KREM 2 News.
