SPOKANE COUNTY -- Spokane County’s jobless rate remained unchanged in July.
At 8.8%, the rate is still above the State average of 8.5%.
Whitman County saw a big increase in the jobless rate in July. Usually that county has the lowest unemployment rate in Eastern Washington, but last month it rose to 8.6%.
