POST FALLS, Idaho – Police arrested a 24-year-old man who is suspected of stealing from both Post Falls Walmart locations on Monday.
Police got a call from the Walmart on E. Mullan at 4 p.m. Monday with information that a male suspect was in the store stealing items. They said this was the same man suspect in several other burglaries from Post Falls Walmart locations.
Authorities said the suspect left the business before officers arrive. Officers later located the suspect’s car and made contact with him. They said the suspect, Ryan Hanson, 24, of Spokane, was in possession of stolen property and was arrested for burglary.
On Tuesday, investigators contacted and interviewed Hanson at the Kootenai County Public safety Building. He admitted to three other burglaries from the Post Falls Walmarts.
Additional charges have been filed for all three burglaries.
