SPOKANE, Wash.—The National Football League playoffs and the Seattle Seahawks success was having a positive impact for some Spokane businesses in January.

Several restaurants and sports apparel shops said Seattle’s victories are a win for them as well.

It's awesome to see the Seahawks doing what they're doing...it’s awesome...the beast mode is on every game and people are going crazy....just having a lot of fun and cheering for their teams,” said owner of Waddell’s Michael Noble.

Noble said Seahawks fans filled the restaurant on Saturday and 49ers fans filled it on Sunday.

The effect is just awesome...it's like an earthquake...the stadium is always rocking...the same place same thing in all the pubs and restaurants,” said Noble.

Employees at Sport Town in Downtown Spokane said employees are busy restocking their supply of Seahawks gear.

It's been super exciting just phenomenal...people are just coming in all the time for the Seahawks gear...we can't keep any of it on hand for people to buy...we keep ordering and ordering it and the company is totally out,” said a sales associate for Sport Town, Lynn Toler.

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Seahawks on January 19.
