GRANT COUNTY, Wash. -- The person suspected of shoving a Tacoma man off a boat during the Memorial Day weekend at the Moses Lake Sand Dunes was found and will not face charges, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim, Corey Barker, suffered a broken neck and bleeding within his skull after he was allegedly pushed from a boat head first into shallow water.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office asked the public to identify the suspect. The alleged suspect was identified and interviewed by investigators.
Barker said he would not press charges against the man.
