RATHDRUM, Idaho -- Rathdrum Police found 3 pipe bombs while serving a search warrant on the 15000 block of N. Alabama Street.

Authorities said they were serving a search warrant around 3:45 p.m. Friday after a two week investigation of the home at N. Alabama Street and E. Division Street.

During the search, officials found meth and marijuana paraphernalia. Later, they found a pipe bomb and unidentified chemicals in the garage.

Authorities immediately got out of the home and called the bomb squad.

During the bomb squad's investigation a total of three pipe bombs were found and removed safely. Hazmat crews were also on the scene to dispose of the unidentified chemicals. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were also on the scene to help carry out the investigation.

Leonard Crandall, 40, and Shaylynn Crandall, 37, were arrested on drug charges.

It's unclear right now what the two will be charged with.
