PLUMMER-- City leaders in Plummer, Idaho are working to correct a problem at their new multi million dollar water treatment plant.
We're told the water is not flowing like it should. Large grates called "head works" aren't allowing proper water flow.
The facility cost about $8.5 million and it celebrated its one year anniversary this past June.
City leaders are trying to swap out the bad filters.
There is no timeline on how long that will take to get fixed.
Officials say the plant is working and residents should not be experiencing any problems with their service.
City leaders say they're working with engineers to resolve these issues and, as with any new structure, there will be issues that need to be addressed.
We're told the repairs will not cost neighbors any money because the equipment is under warranty.
