PARIS, France -- The Paris Air Show runs all week and for the first time a team from Washington State University is at the event.
WSU was invited because of the school's work in developing biofuel technologies.
The teams take materials from plants and makes them into alternative fuels for jets and planes.
The University wants the aviation industry to see WSU as a leader in the field. School leaders said WSU is one of the best places to develop biofuels because of its history in agricultural research.
