PALOUSE-- The town of Palouse has been hit hard and the snow's been falling all week.
James Holden would normally be at work right now at Washington state university, but Thursday school is cancelled. Instead he spent his afternoon shoveling.
Holden has three vehicles to dig out
Norm Schorzman estimates more than 18 inches of snow has fallen in the town the past few days. Freezing rain also formed a layer of ice.
For the second day in a row the Garfield Palouse school district has cancelled school Thursday.
