SPOKANE, Wash.-- AVISTA utilities reported a widespread power outage early Wednesday across the Spokane area.
Just after 7 a.m., crews reported over 3,700 outages across North-Central Spokane.
According the AVISTA power outage map, power was expected to be back to normal around 11 a.m. for most places.
The outage did affect traffic signals near Spokane Falls Community College. Authorities reminded drivers to treat intersections with traffic signals as four-way stops.
