POST FALLS, Idaho.--The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office said the suspect, Marcus Rael, from Sunday’s officer involved shooting in Post Falls was from Glendale, Arizona. One woman said he lived in an RV park in Coeur d’Alene.
Ronda Ramond said she had known Rael for only a few weeks. Ramond said deputies questioned her at the Cedar Motel and RV Park in Coeur d’Alene.

"They told us it was our neighbor. They searched the trailer house and stuff,” said Ramond.
Managers at the RV Park said Rael had moved there two weeks prior to the shooting. Ramond said Rael mentioned having family problems in Arizona.
Ramond described Rael as a friendly person who was trying to start up a yard work business.
She said Sunday’s shooting was out of character.
"He was pleasant, we were watching him get his trailer ready. Like I said, very out of character,” said Ramond.
