NORTH IDAHO--State officials said the owner of a North Idaho mobile home park whose residents did not have safe drinking water had not submitted water samples for testing by mid March.
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality officials said Syringa Mobile Home Park had not submitted samples by Tuesday.

Residents had been without drinkable water since the end of 2013.
The agency filed a lawsuit against the owner in February. They said the mobile home park owner is violating wastewater and drinking water requirements.
