LIBERTY LAKE-- A wrong way driver caused a multi-vehicle wreck on I-90 Eastbound near Liberty Lake just before 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Washington State Patrol says three cars were involved at the wreck near exit 296 near Liberty Lake.
Officials say a car traveling westbound in the east bound lane hit two cars. One of the hit vehicles was totaled.
Two people have been taken to the hospital following the I-90 wreck caused by a wrong way driver. Both have non-life threatening injuries
Police say one of the victim's is the wrong way driver. The driver is a woman between her 30's and 40's. Emergency crews believe the woman suffered some kind of medical condition. Crews are not sure if drugs or alcohol were involved.
