SPOKANE, Wash.-- Spokane authorities found a missing man Thursday around 12:30 p.m. Police had asked the public to help find Andrew Neelands, 91, earlier in the day.
He suffers from severe dementia and had wandered away from the House of Charity.
Authorities said Andrew got on an STA bus around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday near 32 W. Pacific. Neelands usually uses a wheelchair; however, his friend returned with the wheelchair and told officials the elderly man hopped on a bus.
Neelands suffers from extreme dementia according to police.
