SPOKANE-- Spokane police say they spotted an unusual vehicle in a convenience store robbery and made three arrests.
Police say three men robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store Sunday at gunpoint. Police said two of the suspects rolled into the store on South Grand wearing masks. They said the suspects demanded cash from the clerk then fled in a purple mini van.
Officers tracked down the van farther up the Spokane's South Hill at another convenience store on 57th and Regal. Police say they found money and guns inside the car. They quickly took the two suspects into custody.
Officers spotted and arrested a third suspect who was walking on Regal, though it is unclear what role he played in the robbery.
