SPOKANE, Wash. -- A driver ejected during a major wreck is expected to survive.
The crash happened just after 8 a.m. at Lacrosse and Monroe in Spokane.
The driver of a truck was headed eastbound when it struck a BMW headed southbound. The truck driver was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck.
Police say he suffered substantial injuries, but is expected to be okay.
Officers blocked off Monroe from Garland to Rockwell to investigate the crash.
