SPOKANE, Wash.--A local soccer team spent Tuesday evening giving back to the Tree of Sharing.

The U12's girl's team collected money for every goal they scored this season. They were going to use the money for an ice cream party at the end of the season, but decided to give back and spend all $200 on gifts for the tree of sharing.

Time is running out to support the Tree of Sharing. The deadline to return all tags to Spokane area malls is December 12, 2013.

You still have time to take a tag if you have not already. Please do not forget to return your gifts and tags to the Northtown Mall, Spokane Valley Mall or River Park Sqaure by Thursday.
