SPOKANE, Wash.-- A Spokane man will serve a little more than 13 years for a deadly May 2013 shooting. A judge sentenced Josh Tillery, 33, for First Degree Manslaughter on Tuesday.
Tillery’s family attended the sentencing hearing and said Tillery cried and apologized to the victim’s son.
Police arrested Tillery on May 8th at a North Spokane house along N. Ruby. He was wanted for the murder of Devon Mack. Tillery shot Mack in the head at a Spokane home on Friday, May 3rd. Court documents stated that Tillery arrived at a house near Princeton and Lincoln carrying groceries shortly before Mack was killed.
