SPOKANE-- Thursday Interim Police Chief Scott Stephens admitted mistakes were made in how the Otto Zehm case case was handled.
It's been more than six years since Zehm died after a struggle with Spokane Police Officers in A North Spokane Convenience Store.
Chief Stephens sat down for an interview with a newspaper reporter, and gave several responses we haven't heard directly from him before.
