BOISE -- A Boise man was arraigned today on a rape charge.
Boise Police say David Snow, 21, was arrested Thursday after a woman said she had gone to sleep at friend's and was raped.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. at a home near Overland Road and Latah Street in Boise.
Detectives interviewed Snow at the home and he was taken into custody.
Police say the suspect and victim are known to each other.
Snow remains in the Ada County Jail on $250,000 bond. He is due back in court on Nov. 20 for a preliminary hearing.
