COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho -- The IRS seized several items from a smoke shop on the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation as part of an ongoing investigation.

Kootenai County deputies assisted the IRS as they raided Fighting Creek Smoke Shop in the 23100 block of Highway 95 Wednesday.

The raid was part of a large criminal investigation by the IRS and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).

Officials with the IRS could not say what kinds of items were taken from the store.

The raid at Fighting Creek was one of several. Law enforcement raided three shops in Coeur d’Alene and three or four in Wash. One person is reportedly tied to all the investigations.

No arrests have been made.

Filing any charges would be up to the U.S. Attorney's Office

KREM 2 News tried to speak with the people at the fighting creak smoke shop but they had no comment.
