SPOKANE VALLEY Wash. -- A homeowner woke up to find someone had broken into his home and stolen his debit card.
It happened on Monday on the 11300 block of E. Jackson Road.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said the man woke up around 5:45 a.m. and noticed a window open with a screen leaning against the side of his house. He said he was sure the window was closed when he went to bed the night before.
Upon further inspection, he noticed his wallet was missing from the kitchen counter. He also noticed his wife’s purse and all of the contents scattered under a car port.
The homeowner reported his cards stolen and found out his debit card had been used three times in Spokane Valley.
There are currently no suspects. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone providing information leading to an arrest in this incident.
