STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. -- Authorities asked for help on Thursday to identify a body found February 13th. A hiker discovered an elderly man’s body on a mountain east of Addy.
Authorities released a sketch of the man who is believed to be a transient. Stevens County Sheriff’s deputies found no identification on the body. Authorities described the man as
6’ 4” to 6’ 5”. He weighed approximately 128 lbs.
Deputies said the man had salt and pepper, long hair. His hair was pulled into a pony tail and a long beard. The male has brown eyes and a mole above the right eye on the eye lid according to authorities.
Authorities stated that the death does not appear to be criminal in nature.
