ATHOL-- Construction is beginning to impact drivers and homeowners along Highway 95 north of Coeur d'Alene.
Crews are working on a new Frontage Road ahead of the highway widening project.
The road will run between Ohio Match Road and Athol near Silverwood Theme Park.
