SPOKANE -- Spokane Police have reopened a road near the Spokane County Jail after a hazmat investigation.

Officers closed Adams near Dean when a suspicious substance was reported in the area around 10:30 a.m.

After investigating, hazmat officials determined the substances may have been related to parts of a meth lab.

The area where the substances were discovered is close to where detectives park their vehicles.
