SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash.—Four Otis Orchards students are in trouble with the law for allegedly crushing the Christmas spirit at area homes.

Deputies arrested four teenagers, three boys and a girl, in the past two weeks for vandalizing homes. The vandalism started in early December. Deputies investigated reports of graffiti and damage to Christmas ornaments at several homes in the Otis Orchards area.  One home had approximately $2,000.00 in damage according to authorities.

A deputy tracked the damage back to three teenagers. All four suspects admitted to the vandalism when interviewed by the deputy. The suspects told the deputy that they were bored
and decided to vandalize the victim's homes.

All four suspects were charged with multiple counts of misdemeanor and felony malicious mischief.
