Fifth Spokane pharmacy robbery reported in 4 days

SPOKANE, Wash. --  The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office sought the public’s help on Tuesday to track down a pharmacy robbery suspect.

It happened Saturday, January 4, at the Sav-On Pharmacy on the 12000 block of North Division.  It is the fifth reported pharmacy robbery in Spokane in a matter of days.

The pharmacist told deputies that around 3:30 p.m., a white female, in her late twenties to early thirties, walked up to the counter and demanded oxycodone.

The pharmacist said the suspect was wearing all black clothing, a large coat, and black gloves.  She was also wearing large, round sunglasses.

Deputies described the suspect at 5’5” tall with a medium build.  Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest and RxPatrol offered a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.  Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or visit its website.
