SPIRIT LAKE, Idaho – Idaho State Police are investigating a fatal crash on Highway 41 near Spirit Lake.
It happened around 7:30am Monday. Troopers say Neta Clift, 40, was driving north on Highway 41 when she lost control on the snow covered road. Clift spun into the southbound lane where she was struck by another driver.
Clift was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle and a ten-year-old passenger were taken to Kootenai Medical Center where they were treated and released for their injuries.
