SPOKANE, Wash. -- For the second time in a matter of months, a driver crashed their car into a Spokane Skippers restaurant.
Early Monday, Spokane Police officers said a drunk driver crashed into the store around 2:30 a.m. near Monroe and Cora.
Officers said the 51-year-old driver was headed south on Monroe when he tried to make a turn. They said he lost control and smashed into the dining room of the building.
Officers arrested the man and cited him for driving under the influence.
Managers said the restaurant will be closed Monday, but will reopen sometime Tuesday.
Back in February, a different driver crashed into the same building.
