SPOKANE, Wash.--Organizers released an updated rendering Tuesday showing Walt and Karen Worthy’s latest venture in Downtown Spokane.

The new rendering features changes to the façade and patio seating.

Work on the new hotel began in late August near Spokane Falls Boulevard and Bernard Street. Organizers said construction on the 15-story hotel is expected to be done in July 2015.

The owners of the Davenport Hotel, Walt and Karen Worthy, revealed the early plans in September 2012.  The hotel will be a 15-story building housing 721 rooms across 550,000 square feet. It will connect to the convention center complex via a skywalk over Spokane Falls Boulevard. A 900 stall parking garage is also planned for the lot.

Plans stated that the hotel will also have 70,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes a 20,000 square foot ballroom.
