SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash-- Detectives arrested two convicted felons Tuesday for a car theft in October.
The suspects allegedly drove a stolen car through the entrance of the KH Grocery Market on Wellesley Avenue, setting off the alarm. When deputies arrived, the suspects were gone according to police.
Police said the vehicle and the store were both severely damaged in the incident.
Surveillance video showed a male and female running from the scene. They were later identified as ten time convicted felon, Scott M. Fraser, and eight time convicted felon, Susanna M. Ozbat.
Ozbat was booked into Spokane County Jail for felony charges of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, 2nd Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Malicious Mischief and Possession of Methamphetamine according to police.
Detectives requested the same charges for Fraser. He was previously booked into Spokane County Jail where awaited trial on felony charges for other incidents.
