SPOKANE, Wash.--Snowy weather sent an SUV into a house in Spokane Valley Tuesday afternoon.

A driver in a Ford Explorer lost control on some ice. The vehicle hit the curb, ended up tilted on its side and went right into the front of a house near Vista and Valleyway.

A mother and her two kids were sitting inside on the couch and felt the hit.

"We were just sitting here watching TV, and all of the sudden we hear this big ol' boom... and everyone is like 'what in the world?'... and I look and I see headlights... so all of the sudden I go outside and there's a car flipped,” said Julie Ramon.

No one in the house or in the car was hurt.
