OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. -- The Buffalo Lake Road Fire was 100-percent contained Sunday night.
Crews have built a fire line around the entire perimeter of the fire burning in Okanogan County, so it is not likely to increase in size.
Smoke may still be visible in the area while remaining fuels burn off in the interior of that perimeter.
Investigators determined lightning strike the fire that has burned approximately 11,300 acres northeast of Coulee Dam.
No homes were lost, but two barns burned.
