BOUNDARY COUNTY, Idaho -- Authorities said an inmate was found unresponsive and not breathing in a jail cell at the Boundary County jail Friday morning.

A Boundary County Sheriff Detention Deputy found Brian Howarth, 48, and immediately began life saving efforts.
