SPOKANE, Wash. – Four well dressed men in tuxedos could be coming to an office near you with balloons and a melody this Valentine’s Day.

Pages of Harmony has seven barbershop quartets spanning the Spokane area from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. All together, they will deliver 88 singing valentines. Pages of Harmony president Jeff Marsell said it’s a full day of singing and they usually draw quite a crowd.

“Then jealousy kicks in because the people that don’t like it are like, ‘Oh, I should’ve done that,’” Marsell said. “We try to get a tear from the ladies and embarrass the heck out of the guys, so that’s kind of our goal.”

The group sold out its singing valentines earlier this week and recommend booking at the beginning of February.
