SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) -- A third dispatcher at the Bonner County 911 call center in northern Idaho has filed a legal notice announcing an intention to file a lawsuit against the county.
Evie Dougherty's is the third tort claim filed against the county.
Dougherty filed the claim August 13, about four months after claims filed by former dispatcher Kellie Brownell and senior dispatcher Diana Elsfelder.
Dougherty contends that she and the other dispatchers faced a retaliatory work environment after meeting with county Commissioner Mike Nielsen last fall to discuss the working environment at the call center.
Dougherty says supervisors made disparaging remarks about her and made punitive changes to her work shifts and training routines.
