SPOKANE-- An Amber Alert has been canceled after authorities said a rape suspect left with a 2-year-old girl from the Toppenish, Washington area.
Officials said the suspect was taken into custody at the Kennewick Police Department without incident. The child was with the suspect but she is safe and unharmed.
Authorities said the believed the suspect was taking the child to the Spokane area.
