SPOKANE-- A construction project on Spokane's South Hill has been delayed, again. Area businesses said Friday they can not wait for 29th avenue to be fully reopened.
The project was supposed to be finished in mid-September buy delays moved the completion date to October 5th.
The city said 29th is now expected to reopen on October 10th.
For several months, 29th Avenue from Bernard to Grand has been shut down for construction.
The second phase of the project from Bernard Street to High Drive will begin next year.
