SPOKANE, Wash. -- Authorities said an alert citizen called 911 Sunday after seeing a suspicious car in his driveway on W. Longfellow around 6:00 a.m.

Officers were able to follow up on the information and found the suspect vehicle on E. Bridgeport.

Authorities obtained a search warrant for the home on Bridgeport as well as the vehicle.  Officers found numerous items of stolen property including credit cards, a television and a handgun.

Kenneth Mott, 32, was booked into jail for Residential Burglary, Theft of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Devon Hartman, 18, was booked into jail for Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance and Residential Burglary.

Kandice Oliveri, 34,  was also booked into jail for Residential Burglary.
