An Arizona woman, who told police she’s homeless, was arrested on child cruelty charges for leaving her children in her car while she was on a job interview.
Shanesha Taylor was released from jail, but her children, 6-months-old and 2-years-old, are in the custody of Child Protective Services.
Scottsdale Police say the two kids were locked inside Taylor’s Dodge Durango with the engine off and windows cracked.
Now, the internet is standing behind the woman; an account on a fundraising website has been set up to help Taylor with her legal expenses. At the time of this writing, the $9000 fundraising goal has been exceeded by nearly 900-percent. Click here to view the fundraising website.
