SPOKANE, Wash. -- Prosecutors have until Thursday to decide whether or not they will seek the death penalty for the man suspected of murdering a South Hill businessman.
Timothy Suckow, 50, is accused of killing Doug Carlile in December 2013.
Major Crimes Detectives said they suspect one of Carlile’s business associates, James Henrikson, hired Suckow to do the murder.
Henrikson has not been charged in this case.
Sources tell KREM 2 News Suckow was promised $20,000 to carry out the murder but never got his payment.
