SPOKANE, Wash—A Delta flight made an emergency landing at Spokane International Airport Tuesday afternoon after a young girl on board reportedly broke out in hives and became unresponsive.

The 3-year-old was responsive by the time the plane landed according to officials. Airport officials said they evaluated her to determine whether she could continue her flight.

The family decided to spend the night in Spokane to monitor her condition.

The flight was traveling from Vancouver, British Columbia, to Salt Lake City. The plane continued on its way shortly after the emergency landing.
