SPOKANE, Wash. -- Spokane Police said they were able to catch a burglar Monday night with help from a witness.
Authorities were called to the Banner Bank on West Third near South Stevens Street for a possible burglary called in by a witness just after 9:00 p.m.
The witness told officials they saw a suspect break the glass on the front door and entered the building. The witness also provided police with a description of the suspect.
The front door was found broken when officers arrived. They had to set up a perimeter around the building because the suspect was still inside.
A K9 helped take the suspect down. The suspect was treated for minor injured and booked into jail.
Paul J. Reinhart, 45, was arrested for 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree malicious mischief.
