Need a good night's sleep? You may want to pack up and head to the woods.

Researchers at the University of Colorado-Boulder say that sleeping outside could help sync your internal biological clock.

That's because you'll be waking up with the sun as your primary light source.

Week in the wilderness not your thing? You can mimic the effect by dimming the lights at night and powering down brightly lit computer screens and televisions.
